We, at Black Gold Boxers has made every effort
to provide you with a happy and healthy puppy.
Your puppy will be vaccinated and de-wormed
as scheduled. You will be given records so that
you can give to your veterinarian to keep your
puppy healthy.
Upon receiving your puppy, buyer has 72 hours
to have the pup checked by a licensed
veterinarian. If puppy is found to have life
threatening hereditary congenital defect at this
exam, we will replace the puppy of equal value.
You must notify us ( Black Gold Boxers) within
24 hours after this exam. If buyer does not have
puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian
within 72 hours, this guarentee/agreement
becomes null and void.
Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from date of
birth against life threatening congenital
defects. If, within this time, a life threatening
congenital defect is found, a replacement puppy
will be given of equal value. Seller has the
option to request the return of the puppy before
any replacement is given. If this is deemed so,
then puppy must be returned to the seller with
the registration papers within 24 hours at no
expense to the breeder. If buyer retains the
possession of the dog, all registration papers
will be signed over in full to the seller and the
dog will be spayed/neutered before replacement
is given. The puppy must be accompanied by a
written veterinarian report by two
non associated veterinarians . Replacement
will be subject to availability (within 12
months). We do not refund money. The breeder
is not responsible for any vet bills acquired by
the buyer. If, in the unlikely event the puppy
dies with in this 1 year time period, due to
congenital defect a statement from the
veterinarian is required before any action will
be taken by the breeder. If the cause is not
known, an autopsy will be required.
A diagnosis of coccidiosis, giarrdia, parasites
does not render puppy unhealthy. This
guarantee does not include non life threatening
or temporary disorders such as uneven bites ,
undescended testicles, demodex mange, injuries,
inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks or ear
mites, kennel cough, intestinal worms and
parasites, Class 1 or 2 heart murmur,
scabies,cancer and allergies. Breeder will not be
responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona
Virus after 48 hours of the sale,, these diseases
are highly contagious and can be contacted
immediately after leaving the breeder. We will
not be responsible for any illness or health
problems that are diagnosed after this time
period.
There is no guarantee of breedability, show
quality, size coat quality or adaptability or
temperament. No other guarantee or warranty,
including those of merchantability, have been
either expressed or implied by Seller.
Veterinarian check ups and vaccinations must
be kept current for any warranties or
guarantees to be valid.
This contract is for the original buyer that
purchased dog from Black Gold Boxers. If dog is
transferred to another owner this contract is
null and void. If terms and conditions are not
fulfilled this contract is null and void.
Buyer agrees to insure your puppy's health by
providing good food, housing and good medical
care to keep health guarantee in effect.
Responsible owner/buyers will provide puppy
with routine preventive care and all
immunizations and exams by licensed
veterinarian.
This guarantee must be signed and returned to
me , Sandie Hull,within one week of purchase
date or it becomes null and void. By signing
below buyer acknowledges receipt of a copy of
this agreement.
No portion of the purchase price , in part or in
full, will be refunded / nor will seller be
responsible for veterinary expenses, or any
other expenses incurred by the buyer. Buyer
has read and understands the puppy guarantee
and acknowledges that there will be no cash
refund, and there will be no reimbursement for
any veterinary fees.
